Children vie for the chance to sleep in the Loft, climbing up a ladder, then spying on Mom and Dad from above the living room. When the lake is too cool the bathroom has a hot shower. Laundry is located in the Laundry house & workshop behind the cottage. The two most costly replacements have been made by the owners. Roof is now a steel roof and the septic bed has been replaced 3 years ago. Look at the improvement List provided by the owners. This boat Access Cottage has Parking and docking currently with Denne's Marina and Rockhaven Inn - both are just 3-4 minutes from the cottage.
