The Swimming pool may be opened during the summer at the Landlord’s discretion and with the tenant’s agreement, In the first year, the Landlord will handle the pool opening. If the Tenant choose to renew a second year, the opening and professionally performed closing of the pool, along with all maintenance and upkeep, will be the Tenant’s responsibility.
