The annual park fees are $1707 for 2025, which includes the Visitor’s and Park Improvement Fee. This purchase includes One 1% Voting Shareholder valued at $18,000. The park fee covers maintenance, water, sewage pumped by the park, and road maintenance, as well as gate access. The 2025 fees will be prorated based on the closing date.
