The laundry is located in the Laundry house and workshop behind the cottage. The two most costly replacements have been made by the owners. The Roof is now a steel roof and the septic bed has been replaced 3 years ago. Look at the improvement List provided by the owners. Parking and docking is currently with Denne's Marina and Rockhaven Inn also has parking and docking available - both are just 3-4 minutes from the cottage. Kahshe is 90 min. from Toronto and only 10 minutes to Gravenhurst's shopping centre, Opera House, YMCA, Muskoka Wharf, Gull Lake Park and more. Sail around Kahshe Lakes many islands, bays and inlets in the Pontoon boat or kayaks included with your cottage purchase."
