The laundry is located in the Laundry house and workshop behind the cottage. The two most costly replacements have been made by the owners. The Roof is now a steel roof and the septic bed has been replaced 3 years ago. Look at the improvement List provided by the owners. Parking and docking is currently with Denne's Marina and Rockhaven Inn also has parking and docking available - both are just 3-4 minutes from the cottage. Kahshe is 90 min. from Toronto and only 10 minutes to Gravenhurst's shopping centre, Opera House, YMCA, Muskoka Wharf, Gull Lake Park and more.
